Organizational Dynamics (OD) has started something new (at least it is new since the last time that I published in it). For the next 50 days (until October 25th), anyone can download the final version of the article that my colleagues and I did entitled, Mondragon's Amorphous Network Structure: "Making the whole truly greater than the sum of its parts" Mondragon is one of the biggest employee-owned, employee-governed, employee-empowered enterprises in the world. OD has created a Share Link – a personalized URL providing the article. Anyone clicking on this link before October 25, 2018 will be taken directly to the final version of the article on ScienceDirect, from which you are welcome to read or download. No sign up, registration or fees are required.
