    Fellow MED division members,

    Consider attending this conference on Thursday, August 9, the day before the Academy of Management begins this year. The theme is "How to Teach and Apply Evidence-Based Management." A description from Eric Barends, Managing Director of the Center for EBMgt follows:

    On Thursday August 9 we will hold our (first!) annual conference in Chicago. Denise suggested to call it a jamboree, but I'm not sure whether EBMgt-activists classify as boy/girl scouts. The idea behind the conference is to bring together all people who teach (aspects of) evidence-based management and practitioners who (try to) apply evidence-based management in their daily job, and share knowledge and experiences.
