    CALL FOR SPECIAL ISSUES

    Dear colleagues, I would like to share with you the following Call for Special Issues.

    The European Journal of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management invites you to submit a special issues proposal for 2019. 

    The European Journal of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management (EJCCM) is the official scholarly publication of the International Association of Cross-Cultural Management and Competence (IACCM). It is published by Inderscience and it is directed by Prof Fabrizio Maimone, from LUMSA University (Rome, Italy). You will find more information about the Journal in the attached pdf file.

    The Journal is supported by an international board, composed of management and intercultural studies scholars, from all over the world.  Please find more info on the Editorial Board at the following link: http://www.inderscience.com/jhome.php?jcode=ejccm#edboard .

    The focus of EJCCM is intercultural and cross-cultural research on management and organization. Its scope is to favourite the scientific debate and the socialization of research, concerning the relation between cultural differences and management and how to handle with them, in order to improve performance, foster innovation, improve people's well-being and make organizations a better place to work for and live in, for everybody, no matter of their ethnic, linguistic and personal identity. EJCCM aims to widen and deepen discussion about issues regarding the influence of cultural differences and diversity on the management of organisations of all kinds. 

    The Journal is open to qualitative, conceptual papers and scientific literature reviews, from different scientific disciplines: economics, management, sociology, psychology, linguistics, anthropology, neurosciences, pedagogy, engineering, human sciences, etc.. Emic, etic and multi-paradigmatic perspectives are equally considered and welcomed. 
    Moreover, EJCCM is particularly committed to favourite the publishing of frontier research. EJCCM wish to become the knowledge place for innovative, avant-garde and critical research in the field of intercultural/cross-cultural research in management and organization studies. 

    The main topics covered by the Journal are listed in the brief introduction attached to this emal. 

    The dead line for the submission of the Special Issues proposals is 1 December 2018. A constructive feedback will be given to all proponents within 1 months from the receipt of the proposal.

    SUBMITTING A MANUSCRIPT AND SERVE AS REVIEWER

    The European Journal of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management is also glad to invite all members to submit a manuscript to the Journal, concerning the topics covered by the EJCCM (please see the attached pdf file for more info).

    The Journal is also strongly committed to help high-potential and rising stars of intercultural/cross – cultural research in the fields of management and organizations to publish rigorous scientific manuscripts. 

    PhD students and young researchers are encouraged to submit their manuscripts to EJCCM as well. And to get advantage from the constructive double blind review they will receive. Our Journal is also open to the contributions of practioners, that would like to share their knowledge and experiences, publishing  insightful case-studies and submitting them to a rigorous scientific review.

    Please, consider also the opportunity to serve as peer reviewer. To collaborate with EJCCM as referee will offer you the opportunity to have a privileged sight on what is happening in intercultural/cross-cultural research on management and organization and to improve/update your knowledge on theoretical-empirical research on those fields.
