I am developing a one-day course on Toxic Leadership at the University
of Tasmania.
"Toxic Leadership: How to recognize, manage and defend against it"
Currently it encompasses looking at Narcissists, Corporate ( i.e.
primary, or 'successful' ) Psychopaths and Machiavellians and also
with the similarities with Lipman-Blumen's 'Toxic Leaders' and
Delbecq's 'evil managers'.
What would anyone recommend as essential reading for course participants?
I'd like to make sure I don't miss anything important out.
