The Board of Directors of the Eastern Academy of Management (EAM) seeks a coeditor-in-chief for Organization Management Journal (OMJ) to serve a three-year term commencing January 1, 2021. Published by Emerald Publishing in partnership with the Southwest Academy of Management, OMJ is an open access, double blind peer-reviewed journal designed as a forum for broad philosophical, social, and practical thought about management and organizing. It consists of four distinct sections - Current Empirical Research, Emerging Conceptual Scholarship, Teaching & Learning, and Essays - within the broad domains of organizational behavior, strategic management, organization theory, human resource management, and management education, particularly experiential education. The coeditor-in-chief will work in partnership with Dr. Jeffery Paul of Oral Roberts University in recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Associate Editors and working collaboratively with the OMJ Advisory and Editorial Review Boards and EAM Board of Directors.
