We are looking for junior faculty members to participate in our research study to examine the readiness of doctoral students to teach within 5 years after graduation. This research will identify factors that lead to teaching efficacy. The study is uniquely designed to gain a better understanding of how graduates perceive their preparedness for the classroom.
