As part of the lead-up to the upcoming Royal Roads Design Thinking Challenge, we are hosting a webinar which promises to be an amazing introduction to Design Thinking research methods. It will be led by Royal Roads alum Chris Ferguson, founder of Bridgeable, which is a top business design firm in Canada.

This should be a great session for anyone who teaches design or is interested in better understanding it.

    Some details:

Innovation often happens through gaining new insights into human nature. But how do you gain these insights? How can you use design thinking to spark innovation?

On Nov 3rd, join design thinking expert and prof Chris Ferguson, from Bridgeable, on a webinar to explore the design thinking research methods that have been used by organizations such as IBM, Cisco, IDEO, Intuit and Google.

We will also explore how qualitative, subjective research leads to innovation and how it can be done with rigour. You will leave with qualitative approaches to research new areas of potential innovation that can truly meet human needs.
