     Just a reminder that MED have selected seven excellent PDW sessions for our Junior Faculty and Doctoral Consortium.

     The consortia will include skill development in the following important areas:

    • Improving student engagement
    • Developing critical thinking
    • Case teaching
    • Assessment design
    • Using films and videos in teaching
    • Transforming teaching experiences into research publications

     All relevant sessions will take place as part of the MED PDW program on Friday and Saturday. Please see the details of the schedule below.

    All academy conference attendees are invited – these consortia are not limited to current MED members. Pre-registration is not necessary. The participants who attend at least 50% of the consortium sessions will receive a tailored attendance certificate. So please join us if you are at the beginning of your academic career and bring these two excellent learning and networking opportunities to the attention of your relevant colleagues and doctoral students. We are looking forward to welcoming them (and you!) in Boston!
