In the field of Economic and Management Education at the University of Tübingen, the position of
Post-doctoral researcher
is open (5-year-contract).
Responsibilities: among other things, independent establishment of a research area in the field of management and/or economic education (e.g. entrepreneurship education, management development), student support and teaching (2 courses per semester), opportunity for further academic qualification.
Employment requirements: above-average degree (e.g. Business Education, economics as a teaching profession, economics or business administration, educational science, psychology or related disciplines), a relevant (completed or nearly completed) PhD, very good knowledge of quantitative methods and corresponding software (e.g. R, MPlus, Stata, SPSS), independent working style, strong communication skills, written and spoken English, conversational German.
