    Dear colleagues:

I took time off from work, so that I could attend this webinar and I am so thrilled that I did. As a doctorate student I was introduced to Dr. Boyatzis's research. As a career and faculty coach this material was very enlightening given my goals to coach in a sustainable manner. My doctorate research was on the development of a construct to do so, given my background as an Academic Administrator in a position to coach others to success. I agree that coaching is not a punitive tool, yet I have seen it used as such in Academia both secondary and higher education where I currently consult and work as adjunct faculty.
I am looking forward to accessing the PowerPoint and link to the session to implement and reflect on this training as I move forward with clients and students. Thank you again for this extremely enlightening and useful professional development. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

    Hi Sandra,

Here is the link that Miguel posted below. I am also interested in participating in the study referenced during the webinar. I have clients that would benefit from this research. I believe it is in the webinar. I hope to meet you at the Academy in August 2020.
