Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to invite you to our panel symposium where we present a moderated and interactive discussion of our research on implementations of a Team-Based Learning (TBL) pedagogy for promoting inclusivity in the classroom, helping develop effective diverse groups, and engendering leadership competency development. We draw on previous research from a variety of background and disciplines, such as organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and business communications, to develop and share our work on scholarship on collaborative learning.
In the spirit of fostering collaboration and mutual learning, we hope our panel serves as a forum to bring together and expand the community of Academy members who are interested in ongoing research on issues of diversity, inclusivity, and leadership competencies in the context of team-based learning.
