Dr. Michael B. London, Associate Professor Business Muhlenberg College, is an innovative teacher devoted to developing student-centered pedagogy.  He applies principles of Organizational Behavior with his executive consulting experience, creating a dynamic and lively classroom experience.  Classes provide a community of practice to facilitate the growth, maturation, and development of students. His recent work focuses on the co-created classroom, developing students through coaching, applying T-Group as pedagogy, living the values of the field and the use of poetry in management education for reflection and reinvention. A guitarist and songwriter, London performs concerts of the deeply moving, transcendental poetry of Rumi, a 13th century Sufi mystic.

Dr. Tom Culham, an engineer, formerly a senior business leader, obtained a Ph. D in Education at Simon Fraser University late in his career. Recently he joined the university's Beedie School of Business to lecture and conduct ethics education research. His books propose that contemporary education can benefit by drawing on: neuroscience, psychology, virtue ethics, Daoist contemplative practices, and emotional intelligence. He has applied concepts from these works in post-secondary transformative ethics education and has researched the impact on student's learning. Tom has learned and practiced qigong, a contemplative practice with roots in Daoism, Buddhism and Confucianism for 25 years.
