    Dear Colleagues,

The MSR Flamekeepers Committee and the MSR Research Collaborative invite you to attend a webinar on a new, cutting edge approach to research called "Prospective Theorizing," facilitated by Chris Laszlo.

MSR Big Question Webinar Invitation – April 21, 2021

Prospective Theorizing through a Quantum Lens

The MSR Flamekeepers Committee and the MSR Research Collaborative invite you to attend the next MSR Big Question Webinar on April 21st. This event is free and open to anyone interested in research in the MSR domain. Please feel free to share this invitation.

Description: Prospection ("the mental representation and evaluation of possible futures") offers scholars a powerful new method for researching with social impact. Quantum science is giving fresh impetus to the idea that prospective theorizing calls forth a reality rather than objectively studying a world "out there". This webinar covers theory building as well as the ontological and epistemological implications of quantum perspectives in the social sciences. Includes breakout sessions to explore what it means for you and for the future of MSR research aimed at tackling wicked problems from climate change to social equity.

About Chris Laszlo: Chris is the MSR Division Chair-Elect and a member of the MSR Flamekeepers Committee.  He is a Professor, Organizational Behavior at Case Western University, author of six books in the MSR field, and a leading thinker and practitioner in the field of Quantum Leadership.
