Dear Colleagues,
We recently launched a new platform-hosted on Substack-to help us increase engagement with published articles in OBHDP. Through this new platform, we have been sending bi-weekly alerts with information on recently accepted papers. These alerts are specifically crafted to help with management education and development.
These alerts provide short summaries of each article that highlight their theoretical and practical implications using simple terminology that appeals to scholars and practitioners. The initial response to these summaries has been encouraging! Readers have noted they appreciate these quick, easy-to-read introductions to cutting-edge research. Authors have appreciated that they have a simple way to share their research with the business world, such as through LinkedIn and other social media.
