(Theoretical Advancement) Lorin Busaan & Simon Pek, winners of the MED Global Forum Best Paper Award, will explore the role of deliberative pedagogy in cultivating phronesis (practical wisdom) in management education. Their presentation, The Potential of Deliberative Pedagogy in Cultivating Phronesis in Management Education, delves into this critical theoretical framework (Theoretical Advancement).

(Practical application) Colin Lee, Daan Peeters, Judith Auer, Bas Giesbers, & Moritz Appels winners of the MED Best Paper in Management Education Award will discuss their award-winning work Grading and Simultaneously Providing High-Information Feedback: The Harmonized Appraisal Assessment Methodology. The Harmonized Appraisal (HAPP) methodology integrates grading and feedback processes, providing students with high-quality evaluative and developmental insights without significantly increasing evaluation time compared to conventional rubrics.
