COB Organizational Wisdom Studio presents its new track/playlist, "Work Life Wisdom" series, which aims to develop A WISER APPROACH TOWARDS ANGER IN ORGANIZATIONS. Seven interdisciplinary episodes will explore anger by integrating academic research, executive practice, art, music, and theater. The episodes aim to help people better understand, reflect on, regulate, and respond to anger their daily interactions. In the first episode, "Acting within Boundaries", program co-hosts Ms. Elisabeth Nunziato and Professor Hakan Ozcelik focus on focus on some of the basic aspects of anger in organizations, including:

• how anger is different from aggression
• how trait anger differs from state anger, and
• when anger can help solving organizational problems.

The episode also features insights from Professor Deanna Geddes from Temple University, a leading scholar on anger in organizations.

Work Life Wisdom Series, produced with support from the Provost's Office at Sacramento State, intends to serve as a psychological resource for employees, students, and larger society in their efforts to enhance their health, happiness, and performance.
