Assistant Professor (Continuing Track, NTT)-Entrepreneurship, Dept. of Business Administration
The Department of Business Administration and Horn Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware invite applications for a full-time, continuing-track Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship, business, creativity, design, or a relevant discipline.
A strong preference will be given to candidates with
- Direct entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, or design experience;
- Long-term interests pertaining to creativity & design thinking, entrepreneurial marketing, or sustainable design; and
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship using experiential pedagogy.
The anticipated workload split for the position will emphasize teaching (i.e., a 2/3 or 3/3 annual course load) while also including dedicated time to maintain an active research and publishing program and contribute to co-curricular offerings. The ideal candidate(s) will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team that has gained national and international recognition for excellence in its youth, social entrepreneurship, undergraduate education, and technology commercialization programming.
