    Dear Colleagues,

Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) is now accepting applications to its PhD program, to begin in September 2023. Admitted candidates usually receive a tuition waiver and a monthly assistantship stipend to allow for full-time doctoral study.

We post here because CMS/alternatives to capitalism is a significant and growing area of interest within the Alternative Forms of Markets and Organizations (AFMO) and Organizations, Work, Identity and Careers (OWIC) research teams. Please pass on to anybody you think may be interested.

GEM is the youngest of France's top business schools. With triple accreditation (AACSB, EQUIS & AMBA), it has developed an international reputation for high-quality research and innovative pedagogy. A cross-disciplinary research ethos is promoted amongst the faculty, providing PhD students with rich opportunity to develop and contribute as well-rounded researchers.

Grenoble itself is a lively and fast-growing city in the Southeast of France, nestled in the Alps and boasting a large student population. It is one of Europe's most important research, technology, and innovation centers, with each fifth inhabitant working directly in these domains. The city is surrounded by ski resorts and is well connected by train to Paris and other European cities.

For more information please see the attached flyer. Online applications can be submitted here: https://en.grenoble-em.com/phd-business-administration#info
