Hello MED Community,
My university is launching a leadership development program for mid-career faculty (emerging/aspiring leaders). As part of this program, we'd like to gift each participant an inspiring book on academic leadership at the start of their journey to spark curiosity and a passion for leadership in higher education.
I am seeking recommendations for books that resonate with faculty and cover any aspect of leadership particularly relevant to the higher education context. If you've come across any inspiring books that have made an impact on your own journey, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could share them.
