Dear Colleagues,
We are organizing a PDW on Teaching Qualitative Data Analysis, which will be submitted to the 85th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Copenhagen (July 25-29, 2025).
Undergraduate and graduate students often have difficulty comprehending qualitative data analysis processes, which may be perceived as vague, abstract, and overwhelming. Moreover, students tend to confuse descriptions with interpretations, focusing mainly on the former rather than progressing to the latter. Accordingly, lecturers who teach qualitative research face the challenge of optimally teaching data analysis. The proposed workshop, therefore, will introduce teaching techniques for overcoming these challenges.
We are looking for scholars who teach qualitative research methods, publish several qualitative research method papers, and develop techniques for teaching qualitative data analysis.

· One paragraph detailing your technique of teaching qualitative data analysis.
