    Hello!

My name is Darnell Mauricio, and I am a graduate student at Claremont Graduate University.

I am currently recruiting potential participants for a study exploring how leadership experiences in the workplace influence leadership purpose, and I am in the process of recruiting participants (CGU IRB #4611).

This study consists of a 2 minute recruitment survey, 1 to 1.5 hour online interview, and an optional journal prompt. If you or someone you know fits the following criteria below, I would love to invite you to fill out our initial recruitment survey (link on the attached flyer).

To be eligible, you must be:

    1. At least 18 years or older

    2. Currently living in the United States

    3. Currently in a leadership position or has been in a leadership position within the past 5 years

    4. Identify as at least one of the following: Queer, Transgender, Black, Indigenous, or other Persons of Color

If you have any additional questions, please contact me. Please share with your friends and anyone else you think may be interested in participating. I genuinely want to hear your story!

Thank you for considering participation in our research project. I hope to talk with you in the near future.

This research study is led by a group of Claremont Graduate University students consisting of Hannah Middleton and Darnell Mauricio. This study will be supervised by Kendall Cotton Bronk, professor of psychology at Claremont Graduate University.
