    Below you will find that the Aspen Institute (AI) has "spotlighted" a  (MOOC) entitled, "Our Share: Employee Ownership as a Wealth Sharing Tool." this work is referenced in AI's monthly newsletter, Ideas Worth Teaching, because as they say employee ownership is a "real-world solutions to economic inequality."  I taught for a number of years a course on employee-owned enterprises with high engagement culture. It was well received by both graduate and undergraduate students. I wish that I had such a no cost website to enhance those courses. Take a look, you might find it very useful.
