relative to lawyers concern about chatting on the net. most legal news letters i have received over the years always have a disclaimer at the bottom. I feel they could attach this disclaimer in their signature file and they would be covered. jerryf

I am thinking on the situation of unjust dismisal cases. It seems to me that it might work to use court cases and just not present the court's judgement. If a court case was used then the details would be laid out pretty nicely, and the various points made. Or maybe we could rework a court ...
