    If your college is among the more than 600 in the Tuition Exchange program www.tuitionexchange.org I suggest your son/daughter apply to St. John's University, New York, since our policies for are so generous (non-relatives can be appointed, say by single faculty members, and all staff, faculty, and administrators are eligible) that we readily provide all qualified incoming applicants through the program with free tuition (it is my understanding) to balance our outgoing ones. I believe the deadline is November 1.
