    I was wondering whether anyone out there could help.

    I have a student who wants to do research about the promotion of women into
    management positions in technology fields (or the lack thereof). Since this
    isn't my area of expertise, but for reasons of collegiality I feel compelled
    to assume the role of faculty mentor, I'm at a loss. Can anyone suggest
    authors, journals, listservs, etc. so that my mentoree can start working on
    her literature review.

    I'd be happy to collate and post the results if there's interest.
