Regarding Rob Kaiser's request for senior management team resources.

Practitioners who work with senior management teams may want
to access an excellent pair of web-based feedback instruments for team and
individual development from the Clark Wilson Group, a leading publisher
of multi-rater instruments since 1972. Both surveys were written by
Dr. Paul Connolly of Performance Programs, Inc., Old Saybrook CT.

"Executive Leadership (Form D)" provides feedback on skills, as well
as a few outcome measures, such as overall effectiveness and use of power.
It is normed on nearly 50,000 senior manager ratings at mostly US-based
companies. Peer ratings are the focus, although most executives also
request feedback from their direct reports and one or two managers.

For team effectiveness, there is Executive Team (Form F), normed on top
teams at major corporations. Practitioners are urged to add feedback from
a selection of direct reports of the senior team, as well as its members.
