Climate management vs. people management
In terms of organizational effectiveness, it may be helpful to differential
between climate management and people management. The former refers to the
ethos of the company and the psychosocial aspects of organizational life,
while the latter refers to individual motivation and interpersonal skills.
The former favours a more holistic and collectivistic orientation, while the
latter takes a more individualistic approach. For a brief description of
climate management, please visit

"The Positive Psychology of Climate Management". I am wondering whether you
find the above distinction helpful.
