    CONFERENCE THEME
    "Evolving eLearning"
    In recent years the role of telecommunications and online technologies
    has impacted greatly on the field of distance education. New approaches
    to designing effective learning, new approaches to teaching and new
    opportunities for providing educational programmes have been the result.
    This conference aims to address the issues surrounding the adoption of
    eLearning strategies in distance education, and explore what is required
    at a local, national and international level to make this successful.
