All I can think of is that the ROI is nicely positive. I've seen related tales
form Nigeria in the pre-email days of snail mail mimeographed appeals. I've
received a couple FAX''s from the same sounding source. There is a hoax debunking
web site that claims 100 hits per day on inquiries related to this one scam.
I suppose if they get one mark per month, it could pan out as a good income. As
always, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
What would a case study of this scam look like?
