Hi if I may ask your delegates
Where are they from (occupational areas) ages ?
Where are they going (why are they on the programme)?
    What experience do they have?
What skills do the already have?
What are the objectives of the programme including the modules?
If you forward the information I could suggest something
    Regards Iris

things can one add to a Coaching management development course?

    From: Kazi Hussain [mailto:KHussain@sbgom.com]

    Good Morning & Greetings:
We have a very successful and aggressive
    Training & Development
programs in our company. We train approx 2000 people
    per year in eight
    (8) subject categories. Most of our trainers are
    in-house SMEs and
sometimes we use external training firms/consultants
    etc. Currently, I
am in a process of developing a 2 or 3 day course in
    "Coaching,
Mentoring & Counseling." This is specifically
    designed for the first
line supervisors, managers and senior staff. I have
    all the materials
for the lectures and a the course book.
HOWEVER, I would appreciate your help in
    identifying additional
    knock-your-socks-off support materials to spice
    things up and make this
an exciting and really the greatest program they've
    attended. Please
    suggest: (1) games, (2) workshops/syndicates, (3)
    exercises, (4)
films/videos (5) forms etc we can use in this
    course. Most appreciate
would things at the practical level with clear
    action implications for
    their application.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
    Best Regards
    Dr Kazi F. Hussain
