Hi Yes I would agree with Jim most heartingly
We need to look at the three points raised in designing the
training to meet the needs of all individuals using these fundamental
diagnostic approaches. If I may offer the starting point is to evaluate the
existing programmes using the client group who will complete a questionnaire
which should elicit this information.
I know from experience that it does work as I have done this
in a continual basis each time I finished a modular programme of skill
areas - with all different kinds of social backgrounds.
I found it helped me to shape the overall programme to meet
the needs of all participants and at the end of the day I had felt a sense
of achievement and satisfaction along with the group.
And as an added bonus have had now life long contacts with
some of them in guiding them through life careers.
