To access the case at T-bird, be sure to include the full address.
After clicking on the link,
http://www.t-bird.edu/xp/Thunderbird/about_us/lib_research/case_series/c
on my computer, I had to add: ases_2000/citibank_a.xml in the browser
address/location window, because the URL had 'wrapped' in my email
program.
For some reason, after letting me look at the page, a "Page not found"
error message flashed onto the screen. Suspect that it had something to
do with JavaScript settings on my computer.
