    Charles,

I am looking for effective workshop development materials or seminars for
improving said skills within my organization.

Could you also direct this request to the Management Education and
    Development Discussion list <MG-ED-DV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU>

    Thank you.

    cordially,

    Esteban Trevino

Improving effective workshop development skills. More precisely what
practices, procedures, skills, etc become necessary to assure that a given
workshop will be evaluated as exemplary success?

It seems that a given workshop being evaluated as an
exemplary success is dependent on skills, etc., yes.
But also a large component of success depends on the
"match" between the workshop content and the people
who attend. Sometimes a very fine workshop is just
not suitable for a certain group, and would be
    evaluated as not good.
