Dear Colleagues,
It's been very stimulating following the track on corporate culture vs. work
climate.
I'm writing to tell you of a seminar our firm is offering about groups and
organizations that is based on the seminal work by Steve Pepper (see his
book World Hypotheses) as well as other theorists. The part of Pepper's book
that is relevant to corporate culture vs. work is his description of
contextualism - one of of modeling how we make meaning from events in our
environment.
Our seminar is called "Creating a High-engagement Workplace" and it will be
offered in Stowe, Vermont, USA in October and in Perugia, Umbria, Italy in
April, 2002.
For more information see

I can send you an electronic brochure.
We would love to have some of you join us.
