    Good Morning,

After having a few discussions with persons who have studied in various MBA
programs from around the world, that much of the decision making activities
studied, were only effective in the Pro-Active environment. However, in the
reactive environment most or all of their new decision making tools, get
thrown out the window, and they revert back to their 'gut' instinct driven
    decision making processes.

I have been working on developing some learning materials in the areas of
    Decision Intelligence and CogKnology.

The idea being that to raise their base line decision making ability, but
helping them to raise their awareness of decision making activities in
their every day life. Combining this with an understanding of the
difference between Information and Intelligence, and how to combine and
understand the behavior associated with the usage of either. As back ground
to the frame work, I have been explaining the use of Cognition and
Knowledge and their symbiotic relationship which underpins any problem
solving activity. This has focused on the biological, knowledge management,
decision making, memory management, multiple intelligences, etc

    Hope this helps

I am new to the listserv and have not taken part in previous discussions.
If I understand your post correctly, I am intrigued by your blend
biological, knowledge management, decision making, memory management,
multiple intelligences into the MBA experience. I would appreciate learning
more on how you are achieving this.

    Good Morning,

I am by nature a transdisciplinist, So, i like to combine different facets
of knowledge together in perhaps unusual ways, or perpahs I should say,
unusal combinations. For instance, when you consider Memory. The latest
theories of Biological Memory and the way that people intergrate new
knowledge with old knowledge, now includes Mid term Memory and the
importance of Dreaming and Knowledge gaps are in the decision making
process. Some times, sleeping on a decision is the best way to make a more
accurate decision, simply because of the way the human brain works. Of
course this is just one side of a many models, etc.

I am working on a type of Webpage to expand what I have been doing in
Decision Intelligence and CogKnology, but it may be a week or two, if
    people are interested.

    Regards
    Tony Nolan

A number of ideas regarding MBA programs were exchanged over the
MG-ED-DV list. Unfortunately, I have lost them. Would you be able to
send them to me or let me know how I may obtain a copy of them?
    Thank you.
