    Try this just for fun.

The individual has values, methods and courage.
The work climate reflects an ensemble of individual's values and methods
    that represent the individuals' aspirations.
A culture reflects an ensemble of the individual's values and methods
that represent what the individuals are willing to tolerate.

why don't we pop in a sound work ethic just for fun. That should help the

    Just for fun...

"what individuals tolerate is a culture of individuals' aspirations
    composed of a work climate
of methods & values that reflect the individual courage".

How about courage to improve the culture for a sound work ethict to pop?

    Cordially,

    Esteban
