    �18,731 - �36,740 (exceptionally to �39,718) pa.

    We have opportunities in the areas of Work Psychology, Organisation
    Behaviour or Human Resource Management for people who wish to further their
    career in a research active environment offering specialised postgraduate,
    undergraduate and management development programmes. Background disciplines
    could be anthropology, industrial relations, psychology, political science,
    history or sociology. Candidates should have an interest in social
    processes, people management and organizational effectiveness in the public
    or private sectors. Candidates will have or will shortly have a PhD, a
    strong commitment to publishing in the best international journals and be
    committed to teaching excellence at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

    Aston Business School has a thriving research culture and strong demand for
    its wide range of undergraduate, Masters and post-experience programmes

    Terms of appointment depend on the background and experience of candidates.
    The minimum period for which Lectureship appointments are made is normally
    five years, in anticipation of transferring to continuing appointments.
    Senior posts are normally offered on a continuing basis.
