Call for Submissions
Business schools around the world have begun to recognize the need to
integrate E-Business and E-commerce issues into their curricula. However,
many schools appear to be struggling with issues such as:
? What exactly is E-Business?
? How should E-Business be taught?
? What courses should be included in an E-Business Program?
? How should current courses be altered to reflect the importance of
E-Business?
In order to provide answers to some of the questions, Nottingham-Trent
University in the U.K. and Roosevelt University in the U.S. invite academics
and business leaders to submit presentation proposals for the first
bi-annual
conference on E-Business pedagogy. The conference will take place August 3rd
- 4th in Schaumburg, Illinois, a northwestern suburb of Chicago.
Creative proposals of all types are invited, with particular interest placed
on the following topics:
Program Descriptions and Development
Course Descriptions and Development
Innovative Teaching Practices
"Expert" Panel Discussions
International and Global Business Implications
Business/Education Partnerships Presentations may be conducted in 30, 60 or
90 minute formats. Presenters are encouraged to allocate at least 1/3 of
their session time for question and answers or audience participation.

proposal written in a Microsoft word format. Electronic submissions are

numbers, as well as e- mail addresses.
