    Larry (and others interested),
    Please send me your address, and I will send you an article entitled "The
    Use of a Second Language as Organizational Behavior." On the subject of
    language we often get taken in by language teachers. In this article I try
    to look at the use of a second language as OB and apply OD concepts to
    changing behavior which just happens to be language behavior.
