Teaching Professor Position in Human Resource Management/Organizational

The Management and Organization Faculty invite applications for a
non-tenured teaching and service faculty position. The position is for nine
months of teaching per year beginning Fall 2001 and the incumbent will be
eligible for a renewable annual contract. Candidates will be responsible
for teaching undergraduate and MBA level courses in Human Resource
Management and Organizational Behavior.
Candidates must possess an earned doctorate in Human Resource Management,
Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field. Evidence of a strong
track record and excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate
levels is essential. Additional consideration will be given to candidates
who can provide evidence of teaching breadth (e.g., graduate vs.
undergraduate, class size, subject matter). Salary range is commensurate
with qualifications. Teaching professors will also be involved in
departmental and college service activities such as undergraduate and
graduate advising, curriculum redesign, school and departmental committees,
career advising and placement, etc.

effectiveness (please include a statement of teaching philosophy, summary of
course evaluations for all courses taught at the undergraduate and graduate
levels, and sample syllabi), and (3) three letters of recommendations.
