    You are probably best to look at Creativity questionnaires, or personality questionnaires that measure Original Thinking (like Gordon Personal Profile-Inventory), or Openness to Experience (like the Revised NEO Personality Inventory). Otherwise, check the Mental Measurement Yearbooks published by the Buros Institute for more specific tests. These yearbooks should be in any University library.
