To the Learning Organization, Management Education/Development, Training &
Development, and TeamsNet discussion groups (apologies for any cross
    postings)!

For 4 days last February, about 20 invited practitioners gathered for the
annual Think Tank on Sustainable Change for Experiential Training and
Development (ETD) in Tulsa, OK (co-hosted by Williams Corporation and
eXperientia). The event was a modest success, resulted in the creation of
a few new collaborative projects, and a good time was had by all. People
paid only for their meals and airfares.

We have begun planning for the next one, also to be held in early February,
2001 in Tulsa, OK. The theme for the next Tulsa Think Tank is TECHNOLOGY'S
ROLE IN EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AND SUSTAINABLE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE. The
cost this year will be less than $100 (for 9 meals + shuttle
transportation), but participants must cover their own domestic or
international airfares (Williams will provide free executive accommodation
at their Osaga Hills Learning Center near Tulsa).

Last year, we invited selected ETD practitioners. This year, we are
pleased to open participation to a greater community (MAX = 36). If you
are interested in being invited to the next Tulsa Think Tank (TTT 2001),
please send an e-mail (off-list) to Simon Priest <spriest@ups.edu>
describing the contribution you would be prepared to share about
    technology, change and experiential learning.

The Think Tank is a collection of people who use technology experientially
to bring sustainable change in organizations. An invitation to attend is
only made to those folks who do this and their price of attendance is
sharing something that they do (involving technology and experiential
    methods) with those present.

We look forward to hearing from those who are keen to share. We also
welcome suggestions for making VIRTUAL connections during the TTT for those
who cannot attend, but would like to contribute and exchange ideas with
    others. Thanks.

    REGARDS! Simon Priest, PhD
