I usually just "lurk" on this list but couldn't resist here. With many
years of being on both sides of this discussion, and currently in process of
revising a Leadership/Management 'program' for the Asia region of my
company; I am finding, (once again) too much either/or thinking on this one.
It is all, developed, intervened upon, formally and informally, and focused
on self and goals.
