is true for linear thinkers trained in the cartesian practice of forming
taxonomies.
But it is not universally true. Non-linear, holonic thinkers accomplish
specialization not as more, smaller pieces but simply as increased
refinement or acuity of selected attributes of the initial case.
Linear thinkers do suffer from limits.
Their heads get full.
Interestingly, this mental constipation seems to be due to their
"possibilities window" banging shut.
