Hi, I'm presenting at a seminar for practitioners on the topic of how to manage human resources (including recruitment, development, retention, and performance management) in China, as compared with US practices. Could anyone share with me some good articles, books, or resources?

    Thanks!

    Hi Wei Zheng-

The Aspen Institute is just finishing our latest round of MBA Student Attitudes research, and this year the project includes a cohort of MBA students from China.  The survey was conducted in partnership with the Chinese National MBA Supervisory Committee.  The survey includes HR-related questions on what students are looking for in a prospective employer.

We should have results ready in March, so please feel free to follow up with me then.
