(Apologies for cross-posting)
Hi Folks,
I know this is short notice, but I wanted to quickly let you know about an upcoming web-conference that the Aspen Institute Center for Business Education (CBE) is hosting exclusively for faculty. We hosted a similar conference last month and many expressed interest, though the conference coincided with the AOM meeting. We do hope you'll consider signing on, especially if you're not yet familiar with CasePlace.org as an MBA teaching resource.
¨ When: Tuesday, September 16th, 2008. 1:00pm-1:30pm (Eastern Standard Time)
¨ What: A short tutorial of CasePlace.org, the leading MBA teaching resource for teaching cases and related materials that consider environmental and social issues within the core curriculum; Q & A / Discussion session; A very brief introduction to CBE's additional resources and just released studies and reports, including:
o Where Will They Lead 2008? A New Round of MBA Student Attitudes Research (http://www.aspencbe.org/teaching/Student_Attitudes.html)
o The Aspen Institute Guide to Socially Responsible MBA Programs 2008-2009 (http://www.aspencbe.org/teaching/MBA_Guide.html)
¨ For Who: MBA Faculty or other Faculty
¨ Hosted By: Aspen Institute Center for Business Education Staff
¨ Where: Email Alex Roberts at Alex.Roberts@aspeninstitute.org to RSVP and receive the log-in information
The web-conference will be quite brief and run through a handful of quality resources that you might find very useful throughout the upcoming semester.
Thanks for considering your participation!
Sincerely,
Alex Roberts
