I am a lecturer in the School of Mathematical and Information Sciences at
Coventry University. I also have interest in organisational bullying and
will be presenting a paper in the States next month on this very topic. I
hope to publish this in the near future.
I agree with Richard that Andrea Adams' seminal work is excellent. As is
Tim Field's book (Bully in Sight) and website (www.successunlimited.co.uk).
A search on the
www.bbc.co.uk website should bring up more info and links on
this subject.
I am also thinking of writing a text on Organisational Bullying, using my
own first-hand experiences of bullying in the workplace and established
literature in the field. Currently, I want the book to emulate the style of
"The Goal" (Second Edition, Eliyahu M Goldratt and Jeff Cox, �14.99, ISBN: 0
566 07418 4, 1993, 352 pages, Paperback) to appeal to academics and
industrials alike.
If anyone has any comments or suggestions of suitable publishers, please let
