I've just completed uploading .pdf versions of almost all of the articles
that appear in .htm format on my web site. Now, if you want to print one,
you can print a really nice .pdf version, with much better graphics and in
much more compact form. (And, unlike some of the .htm versions, the
rightmost side won't get clipped in printing.) The links to the .pdf
versions appear in red just to the right of the regular links. A link to
Adobe is also provided in case you don't have the latest version of the
Acrobat reader (needed to view .pdf files). As always, let me know what
