I recently completed and defended my dissertation on the topic of diagnosing collaborative learning group dysfunction
(

to earn my Ph.D. in instructional systems technology. The context of my study was the field of education primarily because it is where I had access, but I'd really like to know
whether the issue I uncovered is specific to us in Education (which would be ironic). Perhaps educators in other fields have developed alternative management group approaches? In particular, I'd love to look at business management educators that use group work.
To this end, I'm looking for a potential collaborator who is willing to work with me to (at least):
Update my materials to target the business education context.
Review and augment my literature review (I've already got a lot of material on business education, but someone closer to the field can probably point out a bunch more).
Help me to develop and implement a recruitment strategy for business educators.
If you might be interested in this, please email me privately.
Thank you very much for your time!
