    The Department of Management in the College of Business at Western New England University is seeking applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Human Resources Management/OB. The position will be filled for the 2017-2018 academic year. Review of applications will begin October 2016, and applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Rank is at the assistant or associate professor level and salary is competitive.

     

    The candidate must have a doctorate in business or a closely related discipline and experience teaching courses in Human Resources Management. Experience in the Arts & Entertainment industry is desired but not required. The College of Business is accredited by AACSB International and the ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a record of, or potential for, intellectual contributions consistent with the expectations of an AACSB accredited teaching institution.

     

    Western New England University is a private, independent, coeducational institution founded in 1919. Located on an attractive 215-acre suburban campus in Springfield, Massachusetts, the University serves 3,700 students, including 2,500 full-time undergraduate students.
